I do 20-25mg edibles every other day/weekend and also do 5ml oil sometimes. I live in Canada where its all legal lol. Love to get stoned right down to the bone with friends and play csgo or fuck around on some other game. I'm 19 
I try to keep it to once or twice per week. I like the saying, "I don't do drugs... So that when I DO do drugs, they're AMAZING." But IDK that's just me, it helps that I have a low tolerance

all day really at times i am high 16h a day.

But when its raining i do some
4-5 times per week
A couple of times each month. I'm trying to refrain it to 1 or 2 a month, if not, none. Trees are expensive.
