How does amazon know which computer is mine?

Okay so I'm trying to scam amazon for a few card packs, nothing too illegal I hope. Just wondering how I can do it multiple times on the same PC using virtual device on hearthstone and about the steps I need to take. Obviously I need a new Amazon account each time, but...

1). Do I need to create a new virtual device each time?

2). Do I need to change MAC address each time?

3). Do I need to use VPN or somehow change my IP some how?

4). How many times can I use my blizzard account to get free packs before blizz steps in?

You can use it on the same PC. Just make sure everytime you make a new account order, you clear all your cookies/history/log-ins/history in your web browser and use a new VPN. Then you're set!

Thanks to you both. One question I have, is do I need to use a new device each time when I buy the in app purchase or does it not matter as long as its different account with cleared data? Also can I use the same paypal multiple times on different amazon accounts without them knowing? Thanks again guys.

EDIT: also if i didnt clarify, this is a virtual purchase not items being shipped.
