How does nexon know?

Um, sorry in advance but I cant find the CA hacks discussion ANYWHERE and I felt this section was fairly appropriate.

If a mod could move this to the correct section it would be much appreciated.

So moving along, my question is: how does nexon know you're hacking? Do they have logs of your client activity? Or do they only ban when there's screenshots/video proof?

How exactly do they know that youre hacking?

killing autoban NPC's
A while back (i cant remember which hack )
using a certain hack in spy hunt would auto ban
If enough people report you in a short period of time, nexon will investigate and ban. also applies to tickets at the website.
using hacked accounts that chimi sells will get you IP banned.

Attempting to use patched/detected hacks will usually not ban you. Usually when you d/c at loading screen it's because the addies are wrong and the game crashes because you are trying to hook the wrong address.

If it d/c after a few minutes that means it is detected by hacksheild, this wont get you banned either.

IMO when you get detected by hackshield it sends a report to nexon, but they took to long too ban you.

and just delete ahnrpt/ dmp files.. just use a cleaner with a timer

So if im just rolling chams and no recoil I cant really get banned right?

prefire and shoot a GM from accross the map and yeah you'll be banned in heartbeat, you wont even finish the match. the game will just close, and you try to log back in and get your account has been banned for breaking the terms of service or some shit.

Thats why its best to use no recoil on guns that already have low recoil like famas G2 and m416 cqb etc
