Scammy glitch

I've recently heard of a glitch in Rotmg where if you die with a scammy equiped on your character you can survive by nexusing during the screen which appears after dying with the scammy. Has anyone tested this or has it been patched?

@Raple @FanticSteal wrong section. Yes it has been patched I tried it 3 times, and all 3 times did not work. It did work before though

How long ago was it patched?
