okay i looked around on ca forums on nexon site and someone said change ur password and you can play but the thing is i forgot what i put my last name and birthday as anyone know how i can get them to send me and e-mail saying i forgot my contact info???

Sorry but I don't think you can unless you log a ticket to nexon. First log into you account go to customer service than log a ticket. Just post a ticket to nexon saying that you forgot your bday and surname or w.e. They should a solution, if not, bl

Yeah i got this too and it was on my main i can still play with my secondary though
