Ebay auction help?

So there is a car i want to buy on eBay, its not a old car like people selling from craigslist. The car is actually being on auction from a dealership and its 1 hour away from me. I was wondering a way to win the auction 100% to win this. The price of it is now low but i don't want to bid it as making the price go up.
