I don't know how and would love to know how to manually change the strings as well..

Also, do you need to run the hack at main menu or before launching CSGO? Or does it matter?

With most cheats it doesn't matter, you can load it mid game beginning or end

You can run it whenever you want. (AS Infiniti117 said)

Also, once I figure out how to change strings I will make a tutorial.
