Does anyone know a good website or program that will help me learn how to code? I have no clue how to do anything and don't even know what programs you need.
There are threads about this within MPGH also programs you would need is either C++ or C# depending on which you like more, but I think they're more advanced ones, here's a category where you can learn about programming; http://www.mpgh.net/forum/14-programming/
It really depends on what your ultimate goal is. Let us know what you'd like to be able to do and it will be easier to point you in the right direction.

I would love to be able to make things like wallhacks and aimbots for games like CS:GO and menus for GTA V.

Thanks, I'll be sure to go check that out.
Kahn Academy is a good one for beginners.
Lynda is a pretty good place to start, it helps you with alot of other things aswell.
Good luck man!
You would usually want to learn C++ for this for C#
Codeacademy is awesome. They have interactive and free courses and tutorials for most languages.
What language should I learn if I want to make cheats and menus? Is it C++?

Go to the programming section.
Your answers are there.
Stop wanting people to spoon-feed you.

I am aware of this, all I am saying is that he should post this in the appropriate section.
Not only will that get him better answers, but it will answer his questions for him before asking them here. Eg: "What language should I learn if I want to make cheats and menus? Is it C++?" = How to start into Game Hacking.
If you wanna learn something
Do HTML,C++ or C#

This thread was already open so I thought it would be okay to quickly ask.
