i bougth a new laptop with win7 etc.

but im not gonna put all that shit on it, its mostly for buisnuss and combat arms XD but does any1 have/can make fast a m16a4 to ak-103,cuz the ak-103 got almost no roicle

Search for the AK-103 Mods. If they don't have it, wait for it. If your not in for waiting, then get the propwer equipment and make it.

You can probably change the recoil. However, WTF, THERE ARE PLENTY OF GUNS WITH LOWER RECOIL THAN THE AK103. You should choose a request that's more beneficial like M16A3 to M416 CQB

You cannot change the recoil. I myself have changed the AK-47 to a SG550 but it still end up with pretty shitty recoil.
