HELP!!

So I'm like wtf is going on. So i thought i had a virus. So i did a quick scan and My antivirus found nothing. So I restarted my PC and now when i open chrome now this shows up [IMG]https://lh3.googleuserconten*****m/Cv8Z8RSnFxjqFobM0lvYHIO5eAbuNgeQTEq7lZe5URrHJ5oUjk WEebi5VPjKqTg5tp-piQ=s170[/IMG]
I'm like how did my time change so i changed it back and i got the message from earlier. And it's not just one site like alot of them.
So can you guys please help me!!!!!!!.
