HELP!!

HELP!!

So right it started today i got on my laptop and open chrome and i notice this came up

So I'm like wtf is going on. So i thought i had a virus. So i did a quick scan and My antivirus found nothing. So I restarted my PC and now when i open chrome now this shows up

I'm like how did my time change so i changed it back and i got the message from earlier. And it's not just one site like alot of them.

So can you guys please help me!!!!!!!.

i can't help because the images are way to small.

my eyes fucking hurt.
