Program question

Hey guys was wondering if theres a program that opens many tabs of a link you put into the program.
if there isnt was wondering if it was easy enough for me to make one or if someone can make it.

What do you mean by
There are some definite questions that need to be answered to properly point you in the right direction. If you are aiming to make something that will open a set number or keep opening a website for an example with-out having them visit a website. Then yes, the previous people are correct and you'll have to get into a actual programming. However, C/C++ isn't required. You'd be better off as a new guy to make it in Visual Basic which you can do with almost no issues just time as it requires minimal actual programming anymore.

Now if you want it to open tabs when they visit a website that is much easier but then you gotta deal with the modern browsers that the user has to allow popups by site....soooo thats that.
