Running cheat straight from Visual basic?

I was wondering if there is a difference between running the full compiled version or the debugged version straight launched from Visual basic?

OT: I suggest you run the fully compiled version, i've never heard of anyone running the debugged version.

There should be no difference unless the debugger is attached, well the only difference is that (with visual studio) is making the .exe have a different directory (When opening a exe the first parameter must always be the path where it is located, visual studio changes the path to the default source directory)
