SolvedExternal to internal?

Hi guys so i got this glow esp and trigger and its external but i want to make it internal and im pretty new to coding.
And after i make it internal how do i create a hook or something to inject it?
And 1 more simple question will the esp be bigger so you can see better?

Why do you want to move to internal?
