its there when i open the folder but not when i extract it

i disabled my AV, i redownloaded multiple times, and it still says dll not found.

Well I tried it out... works fine for me =.=

1) Disabled my AV
2) DLed the file
3) Extracted to Desktop
4) Started the hack
5) Started CS:S
6) Got banned from a server ;o

it says i dont have the authority to use it and i ran it as admin

why?

yes i did disabled my av which is avg
