I have not tested it on Steam so I won't add it to "Works for:" if you would be kind enough to test it for me that would be great, if it does not work please let me know so I can release a working version for steam!
How to use:
Download and open the CT file
Launch Rainbow Six Vegas 2
In Cheat Engine click the little computer icon in the top left
Find R6Vegas2_Game.exe
Click yes if it asks to keep the list/code list
Profit.
