Professional/Experienced Programmer needed

Hello there MPGH!
Since here are, obviously, a lot of coders around I thought this is the best place to ask for help or give "job offers".

I am looking for someone who can help me design a website, make it functional and is clever enough to solve everything!

So, I want to set up a CS:GO Gambling Website - however I dont want to use any shitty template nor something that is there for like 100 times already. I want something new, and I have something new - all I need is a programmer who can basically "translate" from my words to code!

Before you´re like, oh - one more of this shitty kids, please - read more!

I´m pretty serious about what I want to do and I dont mind paying for it which is probably impossible

So - I am not afraid and I am willing to pay for it if YOU fill my thoughts and can translate what I want to the code.
