PC Help
Ok so I've been having some pretty annoying problems with my mouse and keyboard.

So first off, the problem is my mouse stutters/freeze frequently for a second or two at a time and my keyboard sometimes does thissssssssssssssssssssss and holds a key down, or sometimes it will just refuse my input all together for ~3-5 seconds.

Solutions I have already tried:

*Restoring Windows (I reverted back 2 weeks, still didn't work).
*Cleaning around/in the mouse's sensor (I later found out my keyboard was also messing up, so this solved nothing).
*Updating/Reinstalling drivers (Yes, I tried uninstall > reinstall as well).
*Changing the USB port my mouse is plugged into (It happens with every port).
*Changing power settings to prioritize my USB hub.
*Disabling and enabling the entire USB controller.

Now here's the tricky part. My mouse and keyboard work perfectly fine in Windows Safe Mode. I tried disabling all unnecessary programs/services and starting up normally, but it just goes back to the stuttering.

My guess is it is some obscure program/service or something unlisted that is fucking up my USB's response OR it's Razer's shitty driver handling/a bug with the newest Razer drivers.

For reference: I'm using a Razer Blackwidow keyboard and a Razer Deathadder Chroma mouse. I'm running on Windows 7 Ultimate Edition.

This has happened before, and my solution then was to buy a new HDD and just reinstall Windows. The only problem is that I don't have the money right now to buy another drive, so I need to solve this problem the normal way.

If anyone can fix this problem without me having to reinstall my OS, I will literally wear a tag that says "I love [user's name]" for a month.

Anyway, thanks.
Have you tried using a different mouse/keyboard? If you don't get the issue anymore you can limit it down to Razer in general.
Just refund a new mouse and keyboard and start a chat for overnight shipping. Solved????
This happened to me when I plugged in a usb 2 mouse into a usb 3 port. Also try cleaning the laser on your mouse as per razer's instructions. You can also open up your computer and make sure all of the usb connections to the motherboard are secure.

Works with all other mice I own, didn't try a different keyboard.

Sigh, you need money to refund in the first place. I would have done that already, but as I stated I don't have any money right now to buy new hardware.

Every port has this problem, I already tried cleaning it [solution #2] but that wouldn't explain my keyboard problems. It has nothing to do with my USB internal connections, as like I said reinstalling windows fixed it before.

Honestly Razer is shit at giving support, so whatever Razer says to do is usually wrong.
Step 1: Install Linux and be the true hacker on the 1337 h4x0r forum
Step 2: ???
Step 3: Profit

I've been having a similar problem. My mouse disconnects for a couple of seconds and reconnects itself, and windows makes the disconnect noise when it happens.
....Have you tried turning it of and on again?
