If you want it to work you have to install Visual Studio 2013, not the redistributables but the actual full on program since it was left in debug aka requires MSVCP120D.dll which you CANNOT just download. You should just wait for the guy who made it to take it out of debug since it will break it for everyone that doesnt have VS 2013 installed.
It seems people are having trouble running the exe. I'll recompile it and see what the heck is happening.
