Wondering about bans. Help me please.

Weren't there 2 temporary bans? and then 1 PERMANENT? like if the 2 first were "warnings".

The thing is that from what I heard in this community is that there were 3 bans in total, the first 2 being temporary and the 3rd permanent...

I just got my second ban, and it is until 2035 ... Shouldn't it be like 2 months ban?

IF you know anything about this, please answer.

It depending on your action and how many report you have to your name, so there are several people who have the permanently ban just for the 2nd time they do it.

For most people it is 1 ban = 10 days 2 ban = 1 month 3 ban = 20 years

only because fools at ruck* become more greedier than before.they just banned you,so you may bought a new copy.they deserve the worst.

Wooow... my first ban was 15 days... and 2nd those 20 years..
Damn it... I probably will not be able to afford the game again

Also, look at the bright side, after 20 years you can play the game again. But GTA 7 will be out and GTA 8 will be in development :P

Can i be punished for just receiving money from other modders?

No as far as i know and from my experience so far. Have in mind that i am not modding currently.

I've received ~400k from modders till now. I've never been banned. Here the official response from R* : (not allowed to post links so i'll quote)

you don't get banned for receiving money but if you spend it ur be classed as cheater and will be banned

This isn't true...i have received lot of money from cheater and never get ban...also i used to make money with cheat engine

A friend of mine got the first ban using jordan (1 week) and the second at the end of the first ban without doing anything (1 month).
I think that the anti-cheat system is very buggy...

Wondering about bans. Help me please.
