yeah wat ballotra said..that program close unnecessary files
fps has to do with the quality of your pc
so if you still have problems..buy a new one,or upgrade it

get advance system care and clean up all the un necesary junk you have on your computre it helped me alot i had 275 mb of junk that was un necesary

well i think my pc sucks
