Help with RotMG Support

Hi, i want to contact rotmg support but when i click the [Need more help? Contact us] Button it moves me to a login thing and it says: Error:
Operation with Inactive User
Please help me, i really need to contact them

You'll have to signup on Kabam's website itself to access their support submission system.
Since I'm a new user, I have to butcher this.

Just register as stated above and do it manually from the site itself instead of going directly to the support links.
