Need some laptop help

I tend to have this.
The most simple solution would be looking at the volume button down right in your task bar, see if anything is muted in the mixer.

If that doesn't do it, set your device as 'standaard communicatie apparaat' and return it to standard.

Just mess around, try everything you can and at some point you'll figure it out. These things are always a hassle and the only way you'll find it is by using your own common sense.

I know, my parents got this one because my other headset broke down and they didn't notice it was a USB one.

Anyway. For some magical fucking reason it works again. I do not know how or why, but it got fixed by itself.

I mean, I never had such thing as you did but its funny how parents want to help but they do help but in a very weird way, like yours
