ev1 failed to load? RipTideForce menu?

EDIT: It appears no mods I can get to can work. With .asi files too it just says that they failed to load.

I'm not entirely sure what I have done wrong. The files I have added into the GTAV directory are a clonehookv2.dll, dinput8.dll, and RipRideForceV1.7.ev1. I look into ev1loader.log and it simply says:

My friend, where his works, has the same files as I do (So in other words, he added nothing else). I tried reinstalling GTAV, I have up-to-date Microsft Visual C++ and Frameworks, just dunno what the issue could be. Thanks to anyone who'd be of assistance!
