Will it work?
Hello, I have a dell vostro 1000 with Turion 64 X2 1.8GHz and 1.5GB RAM, will it run CSGO?
I have nothing but steam and CSGO.
And yea, pretty much it. I will run CSGO on low(really badass low) I will be playing comp(hopefully) it loads in time
But in experience, it ran crossfire on 17FPS with a lot of stuff running in background
I hope. It runs good, it ran 5FPS on tf2 with the background stuff
I removed the shit I downloaded and yea.
I hope this is good enough

And will overclocking help? It's possible but I have NO idea how to do it,

it should work on ultra low, at around 30fps probably

and about the overclocking, since it is a laptop the cpu is locked so not possible

Clear background apps, dont instal game boosters (they don't help) .
