Amazon Refund, Need help

Hello

ive just let someone do a double dip for me and he said it will be alright but ive recieved a mail from
amazon saying they contacted UPS and will get back to me within 2 days
i told him that i recieved that mail and he said ignore it

this is my first time doing these types of deals so i dont know anything about it
should i ignore it or wait with paying the person

Yes. Refunder was very inexperienced if he caused an investigation but this doesn't mean the replacement was sent out. The replacement won't be sent out until the investigation is complete but since he/she most likely blamed the carrier the carrier will either simply confirm they delivered it to you or you may have a carrier at your house asking you some questions (the delivery driver).

i rather dont put his name public here yet, i will wait till Tuesday when i recieve it and then he should do a refund for me so hope it turns out well
he does have a thread on MPGH under user service's and if he fails to do double dip i will post a comment on his thread but i hope he will succeed with my order

After replacement if he says " my item still hasn't arrived for second time then you gonna have to wait like 5-10 days or maybe more.

All self promotion aside: I didn't realize you got the replacement email sent however basically you won't be able to conduct the second part of the Double Dip (the refund) until the investigation is over (or at least I'd recommend this). Your SEer most likely will use the same excuse he used for the first one and it may end up in another investigation if not an account investigation due to the suspicious activity. Moreso if the current investigation is still ongoing and the rep takes notice when the refunder is attempting to get the refund.
