Is this normal ?
My pc is new and running on windows 10 and 16gb ram but my memory is soo high ?

Google Chrome eats much memory but that's not normal.

I find it seriously hard to believe you have 16GB of ram with that kind of memory consumption. Have you made sure that it's installed right and made sure to close programs you don't use?

Pretty Sure I read somewhere that the more ram you have the more windows will want to use.

Dude I don't see anything wrong on that Task Manager. Also, Windows 10 has something I hate. That task called Compressed Memory it's a feature that Windows 10 has and he just uses your RAM to hold on your cache. For 8GB systems this feature sucks! windows 7 uses the hard drive to cache your things.

In a near future, it's normal if you see that task consuming around 2GB of memory.

Just warning you.
