Is scoreboard base playerRes?
Yes it is.
Code:
DWORD ClientState = mem->EasyReader<DWORD>(EngineDLL + m_dwClientState);
	int LocalplayerIndex = mem->EasyReader<int>(ClientState + m_dwLocalPlayerIndex);
	int Kills = mem->EasyReader<int>(ClientDLL + CSPlayerResource + m_iKill + LocalplayerIndex * 4);
	cout << Kills << endl;
Tried it like this but still getting 0
int Kills = mem->EasyReader<int>(ClientDLL + CSPlayerResource + m_iKill + LocalplayerIndex * 4);
You're doing it wrong, client+CSPlayerResource is where the adress of the scoreboard is saved, not the scoreboard itself. You have to dereference it once just like the code you originally posted does.
Code:
DWORD PlayerResource = mem->EasyReader<DWORD>(ClientDLL + CSPlayerResource);
	DWORD ClientState = mem->EasyReader<DWORD>(EngineDLL + m_dwClientState);
	int LocalplayerIndex = mem->EasyReader<int>(ClientState + m_dwLocalPlayerIndex);
	int Kills = mem->EasyReader<int>(PlayerResource + m_iKill + LocalplayerIndex * 4);
	cout << Kills << endl;
You mean like that? Still getting 0

Works just fine for me, you should check your offsets.
