Making fresh 24/7 VPS server. need help!

Hello!

I have idea for 24/7 VPS good private server.
first priorite is that it wont be ever offline, but you know.. it will be offline when we update it or restart server or do something like that.

so.. what i'm looking for here? i need some people with knowing how to make server, and how to edit it and set it up.
it wont be free to host server 24/7 with VPS, so i'm doing donate button after i get the team that is intrested about this and we have server ready for publish. going to add pictures and features of server here.
if you think i'm just a joke and i dont know anything and start bullying, maybe you are right.. that's why i'm here. if you can setup server and know about it, dont you want to join and try to make awesome server?
ofc donations what we wont need, is going to be shared with team.
WHY i'm doing this? hmh, first thing is that.. i always wanted to play in really good server that is never down and no lag and with nice people.

i play on the server
- staff present
- 0 lag
- good community
- a lot of fun

For now, i have 2 guys who can actually do something for server. but we need only one guy, guy who know lot of putting server up and know lot of things about modding server. we have already started doing actual server.

We need only skilled people. dont add me on skype if you anwer to my question "what is you skills and what you can do?" "nothing really" there's lot of people who is trying to come to team without skills. for now, i wont add anybody to team unless we need more people
