Why not? I made it distant so you don't see it after you go that distance. It works and it's easier to see the person, if you don't like it you could always get rid of it.

plus you're better off doing IsValid checks and checking if they're alive then draw

You can't get banned from gmod. You get a injector (google one) and then you find a bypasser to bypass cac. You download the hack and put it in this folder.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\l ua

Yeah, I'm fixing it up a bit more. I'm trying to learn more about lua and stuff like that. I will make a menu, better esp, and try to make a aimbot.
