[MTA:SA] Serial Ban Evade Request

So...
I've seen some people evading a serial ban on MTA:SA and I'm desperately searching for the method.
I tried changing it trough Regedit but somehow it automatically switched back to the old one.
Tried reinstalling windows and such...

1) Rat a PC
2) Get their serial
3) Use it on your PC
4) done
