rust hacking

I need help on how to hack rust I foud a hack but is is from a while ago anyone n
know how to do it plz help if u can I really need help.

just download "cheat engine" and start it up and click the flashing computer then select rust and u can speed hack and get unlimited stuff

im pretty sure these people are being sarcastic , CE is known to be detected by rust -_-
