I installed some lua mods, and I forgot to backup my files, now im stuck with these, please help me get my vanilla files back 
The easiest option is to re-install the game. Unless someone else sends you the vanilla gmod folder.
Delete your /lua folder and verify your game cache.
Moved to the correct section.
