FPS On Consoles ?
I got a PS4 and I am very bad when I play BO3 , any suggestion how to be better? Another thing are those weapons in the store diff from basic ones ?

All jokes aside, just play and practice; though it's much more difficult to improve with a controller compared to a mouse and keyboard.
Keep playing, you'll get better the more experience you get.

Try to use different guns and find one(s) that fit your playstyle. I've been playing coD on consoles for about 7 years, so practice makes perfect. Two noob-friendly weapons I suggest are the KN and the Kuda. Both have moderate fire rate and damage, so it's very easy to control. In you free time, set up a private match and use combat training bots (On hardend difficulty) to help you play better. Good luck 
Use different guns, classes, perks etc. to find your playstyle and practice with bots.
Buy a pair of kontrol freeks .. really it helps
If you're used to PC gaming, and are just awful with a controller, I'd recommend the IOGEAR Keymander Controller Emulator. I've used it myself and it's not exactly as smooth as the controller, but it's a lot easier to use then a controller for any hardcore PC gamer. It's also cool to play console exclusives that you'd think you'd never be able to use a keyboard and mouse with, like The Last of Us.
