there has got to be some kind of hack can be created or a temporary guard or something that blocks the suspension until it is lifted.. please let me know so helpful kthx

You could try to appeal for your suspension to be lifted at an earlier date?
Its illegal, you would get fined/jailed at its worst. Just wait for the suspension to lift, go play with your DS or something. LOL
