VS for C++ and C# and IntelliJ for Java.
VS 2015 best one
VS 2015 because of Dreamspark and being a Microsoft Gold Partner
VIM for smaller projects. VS 2015 for big projects, it's just way easier to organize.

I use Code::Blocks personally because it's lightweight. Rip my 21.3GB hard-drive.
code blocks is the one true ide and the fact it has a built in compiler makes it that much nicer
but i roll os x these days so i usually have to use xcode and use obj c++ -.-* cant wait to go back to windows
