Nice work. This will help a lot of beginners who struggle with CE.

I personally didn't like that.
But if it helps newbies that can't handle CE, it's good.

Your acting like CE is any better at handling tunables ?? ( this is only for newbies )
While clearly CE is a more overall tool while this goed deeply into the use of tunables.

I have problems with the RP for Shower thingy. Do I have to activate something else? Because I changed the amount of RP and nothing happend, tried it a few times.

Yup, Bar went full and I got the usual 20RP, but not the value I entered.

Go into a show race like criminal records and set it to one lap while it is going 3 2 1 in the race to start go into the editor and change race multiplier to desired amount you want the amount multiplied by.

Thanks for explaining it. In this case, the tunable 6195 is a float. It shows 1.0000 as value...I guess if this works as a boolean (1 true, 0 false) then, it should be already enabled, right? but i'm not able to buy any independence day masks in the mask shop so... (they don't show up)

Please, if anyone would be so kind to try what I'm asking, I would be very grateful

This isn't really my call or anything, but if you've no idea what to do, or how to use it, I'd recommend, instead of asking how to make money/RP/whatever, and expecting someone to tell you directly, look online. There are plenty of tutorials on how to use it all over the web (I know s e 7 e n s i n s has a few). Here's a tutorial for regular old Cheat Engine (I know, it's for 1.32, but get over it) that I found with a quick Google Search. . I remember when I got banned on PC for the first time, it was because I had no idea what I was doing, and set a multiplier way way too high (I meant to have it give me 20million, but it gave me 90billion). Learn from my mistake. If you know what you're doing, Killerboy has made a very useful tool here for those who don't know how to use CE. Cheers, and happy modding!
