Hex Editing Rules. ALL MUST READ!

These are the new rules, that are to be put into place regarding the Hex editing epidemic.

All rules must be followed, or you will be banned.

You CAN Remove advertisements from hack.
You MAY NOT Remove the name of the coder.
You MAY NOT Claim the hack as your own.
You MUST give credits.

Hopefully this will stop the choobshits from removing the coders name and re-releasing old ass hacks as if they made something new.

Thanks, Liz. Anyways, I suggest condensing all of these rules in a single stickied thread. Then, when someone needs to look up the rules, they're all in a single thread, no scattered all around in the place.
