You guys should stop throwing around the word hacked. The account was stolen from him in one way or another, either by cracking, keylogging, or by phishing, this is not hacking. Hacking an account requires acquiring access to the server to get a username or change a password. This is just about impossible for Combat Arms. If anyone here is capable of doing so they wouldn't risk their ass for a game.
I don't know who stole your account, but no one is going to "hack" it for you. As for this "hidden" method of gaining access to an account, its simply social engineering combined with a little guess work and the password recovery feature. I'd also suggest being more careful about what you download in the future.
