Neon Text Tutorial.
So here it's my first tutorial.
We will do like neon.
Create a new image with a white background.
Type whatever you want using black colour with thin font.I will type "tutorial."
Than go to Layer->Flatten Image.
Now Image->Adjustments->Invert.
Than add some Blur.
After go to Filter->Stylize->Solarize.
Now go to Image->Adjustments->Levels->Auto.
Than,Image ->Adjustment->Hue and Saturation.
Mark Colorize.
And do this settings.
Hue:360
Saturation:100
We're done.
Here the Result:
