Simple Glow ESP Updates

I have a question about how I would update my simple glow esp to the current version of the csgo update. It was working before and ever since it hasnt worked. Is it possible is someone can help me out and what I would do? I used C++ and just made a simple GLOW ESP.

Update your offsets.
