My account was banned due to suspicious activity, and the refund failed two times in a row. The key actually did not work.
They can expect losing more customers now.

I never done any SE refunding before.

G2A Refunds have become extremely harder. I'm experimenting methods daily now to get them working. Most Reps now ask to go resolution centre. In return you get fucked,

G2A........

Now sometimes they ban you from live chat and just blocks the account, if you bring up refund in the live chat lol

Damn thank god I got 250$ out of them right before this was introduced. Pretty shitty though, their so called Shield 'protection' is now basically worthless to actual customers.
