That would be kinda hard ;, And that would be easy to see / probably detectable.
But, this isn't impossible, Saw a video of someone that did something that automatically setted back his ammo to 10 when it decreased to 2, Giving "Unlimited Ammo", Looked pretty sick, But that was when the game was just out, I doubt this is still working, And it still is, This is certainly very unsafe for use.
You can try to find something like this out there, Internet is your friend, But keep in mind that this is easily noticeable.

When i'm starting up CoD without EAM is that a problem because maybe my stats got saved now and its done but w/e i always need EAM than or not ?

You always need EAM when you want to use the custom classes

2- Try to code what there is probably alot of poeple out there trying to code ; Killstreak and other things like this hacks
