C# Tutorial Series??

Would anyone be interested in something like this? Eventually I'd move from general c# to pserver related things.
I said I'd start making tutorials on my source thread so I'll be sticking to my word.

I know there are a few errors in the video... I'll be correcting them in the second one.

Alright. Thanks, just saying it's hard to see the code, so was wondering if it's possible to zoom-in to it, and maybe put it in the description.

Other than that, this is actually very helpful to me!

The P'server coding tuts will be useful for all the new server owners but the C# tut are....well.....not necessary since there is already so many.

I have my own content that I can publish. Towards the end of the series I'll be doing advanced stuff.

personally I couldn't be bothered with teaching people how to do them since I escalated the difficulty starting from 1 being beginner and 3 being intermediate-expert so I will leave it up to you to teach them

Don't disappoint me ...you posted this thread with confidence then I expect great tutorials coming from you and no less

but just uploading decent tuts are fine too lol just make sure that at the end of your video the viewer is not confused and understood what you did clearly

upload your vid here or just leave the link so I will watch it and tell you if there is any parts that may seem confusing to a newbie

also I am so jealous of your computer speed XD it takes me 15-20 mins to open VS and load the files in

and your first string in the video was Hello Z...instead of Hello World....I am watching you...very closely

It takes forever to load when I'm recording, since pretty much all my cpu is getting used... When not recording it takes less than 10 seconds.

it takes 10 mins just to open fire fox....15-20 to open visual studios...10-15 to open skype...15 to open chrome....and this is all in a 12 year old computer with 1 gb of ram...basically the minimum required to run windows XP

and right now i am with my brother trying to crack windows so we can get windows 10 and get the stuff for free and it won't be restricted by the activation key

you were talking about not having alot of else ifs so maybe next ep. you might want to touch on some arrays or case n' switch

but the tutorial was clear...atleast for me but I have years of experience but at the end I understood what you were trying to accomplish so good work +1 from me

p.s if you do an ep. on arrays or case n' switch then show em the random numbers...it won't be useful too much in rotmg but it wont hurt teaching them

Yea, that's the whole point of a tutorial ...and at the end he is going to be doing a bit more advanced stuff but he has to start at the bottom to help those new developers that want to build their very own P'server...and some of these P'server owners can be very very innovative with ideas that will send the RotMG P'server nation to the future...but first we must teach them
