Graphic interfaces worth java

So I have the classic vending machine assignment for my java class. I need to learn how to do gui's myself because my teacher its really shit. If someone could give me a quick lesson through Skype or something it will be much appreciated! Willing to pay you if I must.

i asked this over 6 months ago... im pretty sure theres a rule against posting on a thread thats inactive for more than a month. but yes i do work with wondowbuilder but the test was on the computers at school that didnt have window builder on them. Thanks anyways.
