Download Visual Studio 2010-2015 anyone should work fine. Then search online for sources. VB is easier to start with. There are some basic sources on MPGH. You can search for them here. C# is also an another choice to learn. I prefer C#.

C# is more advanced than Visual Basic, so start with Visual Basic is the best, then work your way up
