CSGO Reporting

Hi, I was just wondering what happens to all the reports that I get from playing casuals before rank 3. So as in, I have probably been reported hundreds of times, now I am rank 3 and I will do comps. Will those reports have any effect ?

Your first competitive will be most likely an overwatch case so go fully legit.
