How CSGO report works

Hello guys, I want to know about how csgo report works as well as steam VAC, how the reports are counted to a suspected to a player lead to overwatch. How many reports are needed in a row to be overwatched. I am in doubt about how it works. Please tell me. Thanks in advance.

9 reports needed to be overwatched / reset every 24h

Getting 9 Reports will get you added to be OverWatched. You always have a chance of getting VAC Ban. Keep your cheats updated along with the game, try not to rage hack, don't be too obvious, try not to stay at the top of the leaderboards.
