❓ What does this error mean?
I was playing arms race with hacks (just wall hacks) and I got kicked and it said this: Disconnected by VAC: You cannot play on secure servers

What does that mean? Should I change the hack I am using?

A common bug/glitch, just restart your computer or restart steam.
