Well first off, no the kssn is not already in use. Secondly use Internet Explorer for all korean and asian altogether websites, trust me. Third there could be multiple things. You need to follow the tutorial on the forum, for your adress you may have forgotten a heiphen on the second part, you may have typed the captcha wrong, your name may already be in use, i mean the list goes on.

i still need account for korea warrock or a japan warrock proxy :/
