I left some dvars in a .txt file in the .rar, paste them into console and away you go. Good luck

What is the Client 1-16? I had a feeling its in game players, but I didnt just want to start giving random people god mode. Can you please explain this to me?

Are there any DVARS I could use to host a lobby, and UNLOCK ALL for everyone? (not an xp lobby)
